President Zelenskyy trapped in Jabba the Hut's Oval Office.
On February 28, 2025, there was an extraordinary meeting involving Ukrainian President Zelenskyy and President Trump in the Oval Office. The meeting seemed to start on a cordial note. Trump (aka Jabba The Hut) rambled on about "Raw" earths and minerals and a "new deal" that the US would be signing with Ukraine. However proceedings were thrown off course by the intervention of the pusillanimous Vice President, JD Vance, who berated Zelinskyy and accused him of being disrespectful, criticised him for his choice of wardrobe and of showing an insufficient amount of gratitude towards Trump in particular and the U.S.A in general.
The meeting degenerated into a shouting match where Trump and Vance formed a braggadocious verbal tag team, drowning out Zelenskyy who remarkably enough managed to maintain a calm dignified demeanor, but ended up leaving the meeting early and not attending the minerals deal signing ceremony, that had originally been planned to follow the meeting.
A few days after this event, the Trump administration suspended military and intelligence aid to Ukraine. The suspension was lifted when Zelenskyy agreed to an unconditional 30-day ceasefire ... Putin rejected the ceasefire and continued to launch strikes against Ukraine
