 :: use Win+R compmgmt.msc.

 :: NOTE Alternative for "Win+R" [for remote login]
 :: 1. Right-click the Start button (the Windows icon) on your taskbar.
 :: 2. Select "Run" from the pop-up menu.

 :: Default startup folder in %userprofile%:
 :: AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
 :: Note: Not the same as the ONLOGON option in the "schtasks" schedule ...
 :: Though it is sort of similar

 :: Win+R Commands:
    compmgmt.msc         Open Computer Management
    shell:startup Open startup folder in Explorer
    sysdm.cpl            Open System Properties [elevated]
